Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I reserve a few sliding scale spots, those spots are currently full, but reach out if cost is a barrier and I'll keep you in mind for the next opening. If you're not sure yet, I also offer a free 15 minute consult, no pressure, just a chance to see if we're a good fit.

I am not paneled with any insurance companies at this time.
If you have insurance, see if it covers “out of network” (OON) behavioral health services. All plans are different. To check, call the number on the back of your insurance card.
Medicaid (Apple Health) never reimburses for out-of-network providers.
I am not currently paneled with any insurance companies. My approach allows us to make decisions together about your care, including the pace and length of therapy, without insurance authorization requirements.
If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask whether your plan reimburses for services provided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). Coverage varies by plan.
Apple Health (Medicaid) generally does not cover care from providers outside its network unless specifically authorized.
You may use an eligible HSA or FSA card for counseling sessions and keep it on file as your preferred payment method. A separate payment method is required for missed appointment or no-show fees.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and practice under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, please contact your insurance company to confirm whether your plan covers services provided by an LMHCA, as some plans exclude associate counselors.

Sessions are 50 minutes, and we begin with weekly appointments to build consistency and momentum.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee unless we’re able to reschedule within the same week.
Because life happens, I also offer one late cancellation fee waiver every six months.

Everything I do is virtual, and that not a compromise, that’s the point. Therapy from your own space, your car, your couch, your kids’ nap time, tends to feel less performative than an office ever did. You show up as you are, not as a “client in the waiting room.” It also means we’re not limited by geography, so wherever you are, we can do this work together.

This is individual work only, just you and me. A lot of what we untangle involves other people in your life, but the work stays focused on you. If you're looking for couples support, I'm happy to point you toward someone who does..

Fill out the contact form, tell me a little about what's going on. I'll personally get back to you to set up a free 15 minute phone consult, so we can get a feel for each other before you commit to anything. If it feels like a good fit, I'll help you get your first full session booked.
