You've spent your life saying yes to everyone else. It's time to say yes to yourself
For the women who hold it all together and are quietly falling apart doing it
You're the one everyone calls. The fixer, the strong one, the person who shows up even when you're running on nothing. Somewhere along the way, saying yes stopped being a choice and started being a reflex, and you can't remember the last time you asked yourself what you actually wanted.
I help deeply feeling women and moms learn to say yes to themselves for once: setting boundaries without the guilt, unlearning the belief that your worth is tied to how much you do for everyone else, and finding your way back to who you are outside of who you take care of.
What We'll Actually Do Together
This is individual work, just you and me, even when a lot of what we're untangling involves everyone else in your life.
This isn't the kind of therapy where you talk, I nod, and we both pretend that's helping. I'm in it with you, asking questions, calling things out, laughing when it's funny, getting real when it's not. You don't need a diagnosis to be understood here. You just need space to figure out what's actually yours and what you've been carrying for everyone else.
What I help with:
Boundaries that don't come with a guilt hangover
Unlearning the habit of putting yourself last
Making sense of patterns that started long before you knew they were patterns
Figuring out what you actually want — not what keeps everyone else comfortable
Figuring out who you are outside of who everyone needs you to be - whether that's a mom, a daughter, a partner, or all three
Learning that your sensitivity was never the problem
Working together
Think less "lie on a couch, tell me about your childhood," more an actual conversation with someone who's genuinely in your corner. I'll ask the questions that get past "I'm fine." I'll call it when something doesn't add up. And I'll believe in you even on the days you don't believe in yourself-especially those days.
